editFor versions before 5.0: : You might need to reset the password for the admin
user if you cannot authenticate with the admin
user ID and are effectively locked out from a cluster.
To reset the password:
- Log into the Cloud UI.

On the Clusters page, select the cluster where you need to reset the password for the
admin
user and go to the Security tab. -
In the editor, enter a new password for the
admin
user. Keep the password in a secure location. - Click Save to hash the password and save the updated Shield configuration.
The password is hashed when you save the Shield configuration, so if you lose it, you need to reset the password again.
