Elastic consistently prioritizes the security, confidentiality, and integrity of our products and services. Today, we are thrilled to announce the next major milestone in our journey to support global customers through expanding Elastic Cloud’s compliance portfolio: we will soon be assessed through the Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) at the Protected Level.
What is IRAP?
IRAP helps Australian governments and other security-conscious organizations validate that appropriate controls are in place for their cloud service providers. The IRAP framework addresses the requirements of the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) issued by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC).
Who is Elastic’s Assessment team?
The journey toward IRAP certification is comprehensive and meticulous — that’s why we’ve selected CyberCX as our auditing partner. CyberCX is an accredited IRAP assessor that will guide us through the certification process. The expertise and experience of the CyberCX team will be invaluable as we navigate the requirements and assessments.
