Cloud Marketplace Rebate Program

To qualify for the rebate, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

• You must have received an invitation to participate in this rebate program directly from the email domain elastic-marketplace-rebate@elastic.co
• Your total spend over your first 3 billing statements must be equal or greater than $5,000 USD, before taxes, over the period of March, April, and May 2024 (if your account uses a currency other than USD, we will use a standard conversion rate, using then then-current rate, to determine your spend in USD);
• Must be a new Elastic Cloud user;
• Must deploy Elastic Cloud via AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Marketplace;
• Must use a monthly subscription method; and
• Must start deployment by March 31, 2024.

Your total spend must be equal or be greater than $5,000 between March 1 and May 31, 2024.

Elastic will apply ECU credits to your Elastic Cloud organization during the month of June 2024. The credits will apply to the consumption of Elastic Cloud from that point on, and are not retroactive to previous usage or invoices.

You will not see the credits in the marketplace console: Elastic will simply deduct from the June/July bill any usage covered by credits, and they will not be reported to the marketplace for billing. You will however see the credits in the Elastic Cloud console, and in statements when appropriate.

If you have remaining unused credits at expiration, they will not be applied against your consumption and they will be forfeited.

The credits will not be applied retroactively. You can only apply credits to ongoing use of Elastic Cloud.

Your rebate will be valid for consumption until July 31, 2024
