This two-part workshop is powered by Microsoft and Elastic and will provide an introduction to Elasticsearch and GenAI. Participants will learn how to index, search, and analyze data using Elasticsearch, as well as how to use transformer models to generate embeddings and perform kNN search.
Participants will learn how to run transformer models locally. They will also learn how to cache the download of a smaller LLM, which can be useful for speeding up development and training. Participants will also learn how to chunk data, generate embeddings, and perform kNN search using Elasticsearch.
Who should attend this workshop?
This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to go hands-on with Elasticsearch and learn how to use it to search and analyze data. No prior experience with Elasticsearch is required.
